The atmosphere and attentive staff and service all guests receive.

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere, mostly friendly professional staff.

We loved the ambience of the hotel and location very near a lot of what Singapore has to offer. We had high tea for my wife's birthday and although the hotel did not acknowledge her birthday, Lee in the courtyard saved the day with a cake and card.

We waited over an hour for the luggage to be delivered and it took 3 phone calls and a visit to the bell desk to finally get our luggage.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist excellent, der Pool mit dem tollen Ausblick sowie der Anschluss über das Untergeschoss zum Fullerton Bay Hotel sind perfekt.

Not worth the hype

Clean comfortable rooms with good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good location with excellent access to public transport and local museums.

Very little natural light in courtyard rooms and some of them are overlooked by other courtyard rooms. Rooms cleaned very late in the day. Absolutely freezing air conditioning in the basement conference rooms (and no natural light all day if you're also staying in a courtyard room). Not great value for money, it's very expensive for what you get.

Love the location and the staff. Super friendly and helpful and the location is at the heart of things and plenty of opportunities for walking and being in the midst of it all. Historic building and please read about the history and understanding the architecture and evolution from WW2 - its quite enlightening.

We stayed for 3 nights - so accept options are limited, but breakfast is the same/same. Yes we could sit in different locations, but it would be good to have a "specials" area which does different cuisines each day to sample the fusion of food and other options. I guess it is all there, but thats whay it feels the same/same each day.

Great location, easy access to the river via an underpass, lovely outside terrace for afternoon wine, amazing pool area overlooking the river. Straits club access was brilliant with so many options all day and champagne for breakfast

The bathroom didn’t seem to have an extractor fan

Won’t return as not value for money. Bathroom was great though.

It was great in outside but when we got our room, the window was boarded up and part of the wall partitions were sticking out.

The fact that room was in bad condition for walls and the windows.. covered up! Could only see out if you got on hands and knees. Took 45 minutes for bags to get to our room. When we arrived there was a fire alarm text . Understand that but couldn’t use lifts to get to room for 20 minutes. So the whole experience after a long flight was terrible.
