The island’s renewable power system consists of three wind turbines next to a 1.5-acre solar field with 2 days of battery storage and backup generators – all coordinated by an intelligent weather-forecasting micro grid controller. Visitors enjoy a quiet generator-free island with 24-7 ultra-reliable renewable power. When there is excess renewable energy production it automate diverts to generate all of the island’s drinking and irrigation water. Additional excess energy is used to heat our relaxing pools and jacuzzis.

Over Yonder Cay boasts an endless list of activities and adventures, on|off and around the island. Golf and tennis tournaments is always pretty popular with our corporate clients. You can enjoy our island’s movie theatre which is perfect for certain presentations parallel at a splendid catering to indulge your large numbers of guests. Private jets can be arranged to direct fly toward Nassau or Great Exuma. Other commercial flights operates daily from the US and Europe toward Lynden Pindling International Airport – Nassau. Over Yonder Cay is suited just 70 miles (110km) from Nassau and Great Exuma, both of which are just 30 minutes away by seaplane. Our own flight-service contains two twelve seater seaplanes for special group of guests arrivals. Our dock-service is able to shelter Superyachts up to 55m at our private marina.

We have the experience to create deep pleasant memorable events. Anchorage by personalized trophies and/or branded gifts marking your event VIP guestlist forever is of course an optional custom service.
